32 y/o female with no children who desired breast augmentation. She was aware of her breast asymmetry but did not want a mastopexy (breast lift) done on the left to correct this for fear of scarring. She is 5’3” tall and weighs 120 lbs with a pre-operative bra size of 34A.
In May of 2015 she underwent a breast augmentation with 380cc Sientra Smooth Round Moderate Projection Silicone Implants. The implants were placed in a sub-muscular position through an infra-mammary (under the breast) incision. The post-operative photos are at 5 months.
