A woman in her middle 60’s who lost 65 lbs after a lapband procedure. She is bothered by hanging skin in her arms. She is shown before and again, 17 months after bilateral brachioplasty using a scar placement at the posterior arm. The scars will typically improve and fade over the first 3 years.
