    43 y/o; 5ft 9in; 160 lbs. Patient presents w/ asymmetry. 450cc oval shape, contoured Sientra cohesive gel “gummy bear” implants; IM incisions/ dual plane, sub-muscular. Patient did not require lift procedure due to use of oval shaped implant. Post-op photos at 4 months.
