Rhinophyma treated with laser only

    This is a mild case of rhinophyma. Early cases take only 10-15 minutes to reshape using CO2 laser, whilst severe cases of rhinophyma may take me 45 minutes to operate using both surgical and laser methods. In this case, complete skin healing was achieved within 17 days of laser. I give my patients a post op massage plan - this prevents rhinophyma from returning. Dr Davin Lim
