Buttock augmentation / Fat transfer

This patient had a desire to have a more feminine shape. She had no real curves and her fatty deposits were in all the obscuring her contours. She underwent liposculpture to remove fat from unwanted areas which was then transferred through fat grafting to the buttocks to give her a much more feminine, sexier physique.
