This 28 year old woman underwent a SPAIR mastopexy with the placement of implants (300CC McGhan 68 smooth, round, saline filled to 330cc),to restore both lost volume after having children and drooping. This amazing technique allows a reduction in scarring and improved shaping of the breast to achieve a more natural round and full contour. She went from a C to a D cup. Contour and symmetry in addition to scarring is excellent and sensation is preserved.
