It is hard to believe this is the same nose, however with surgical precision and CO2 laser, rhinophyma can be corrected. Rhinophyma is a form of rosacea primarily occurring in men. This condition is cosmetically devastating as nose deformity can be marked. One session of surgery and laser can correct rhinophyma, removing excessive tissue. Once treated, rhinophyma rarely recurs.
