47 yo mother of five contacted Urogynecologist and cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre after an internet search for Labiaplasty and Vaginoplasty led to the Aguirre Specialty Care website. She has a ten year history of vaginal looseness, five year history of loss of vaginal orgasms along with undesired aesthetic appearance of her vulva. She is bothered by large and dark labia minora. After an examination and consultation of surgical and non-surgical options, she opted to proceed with surgery as recommended.
