40 yo treated with Vaginoplasty, Labiaplasty and Clitoral Hood Reduction w/Pexy (View 4 of 4)

40 year old mother or one contacted Urogynecologist and cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre through an internet search for Vaginoplasty and Labiaplasty. She has a greater than two year history of decreased vaginal sensation contributing to greater difficulties achieving pleasure and climax. She also complains of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva, and over the years she has noticed lengthening of her labia minora which causes discomfort with form-fitting clothing and also with sex. She desired vaginal rejuvenation. After a thorough exam and consultation, at the patient’s request, Dr. Aguirre performed Vaginoplasty, Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora and Clitoral Hood Reduction with Pexy in an out-patient surgical setting.
