This young woman had lost over 100 lbs. over the year prior to her procedure. As she lost weight, she noticed that her neck continued to sag just as quickly. She consulted with our Center for a procedure that could tighten both the deflated skin and underlying muscle. We performed a necklift in our Center comfortably under local anesthesia an mild oral sedation with valium. Her results are quite dramatic, with creation of a profile and more definition along the jawline, all while keeping the appearance natural.
