This is a 24-year-old Vietnamese female who wanted to enhance the double eyelid crease she already had as well as a lift the outer corners and accentuate the eyelashes. Now she has room to wear make up and her eyes are brighter with slight improvement of the position of the corners of the outer Eye also known as the lateral canthus. Incision technique was used for this particular surgery.
