The doctor will make tiny incisions near the area where the fat will be removed from. The incisions will be discretely placed in the natural folds and contours of your body to make them less visible. The doctor will insert a thin vacuum tube through the incision, into the deep fat layer. The tube is moved back and forth breaking up the fat and suctioning it out of the body.
