25 year old Caucasian female who had a Rhinoplasty by a plastic surgeon and was unhappy with her bulbous tip . Upon examination of her nose Dr.Slupchynskyj determined that she had a bulbous tip, pollybeak deformity and ptotic tip. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed an open rhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafting to the tip , re-supporting the tip and eliminating the bulbous tip . The patient is 6 weeks post-op in these photos.
