    These photos are 6 months after revising a Rhinoplasty she had when she was a teenager. Over the years she had developed an asymmetric nasal tip and nasal obstruction. Utilizing an ear cartilage graft this revision procedure restored her the symmetrical nasal tip and gave her an even more pleasing nasal slope.
