This 28 year-old man developed gynecomastia subsequent to use of anabolic steroids. The problem did not improve after withdrawal of the steroids and became a source of embarrassment for him. He underwent treatment with BodyTite liposuction and the excess breast gland was removed through a small incision in the underarm area such that no scars are visible on the front of the chest. Now he has a flat breast contour and the underlying pec muscle is more defined.
