This male revision rhinoplasty patient was unhappy with his original nose job results. For his original surgery he choose a plastic surgeon that did closed rhinoplasty because he thought this would be better option than open rhinoplasty, however in the end he was unhappy and sought out the help of Dr. Kevin Sadati. 2 month after surgery. His nasal tip is no longer droopy and there is not scar or evidence of surgery.
