55-64 year old woman treated with Breast Implant Revision

54 year old female 2 months following correction of early development of capsular contracture and resulting breast deformity. Patient underwent bilateral breast implant removal and capsulotomies to release scar contracture and replacement of silicone implants so that patient could possess symmetric breast mounds with a smooth breast contour. Several precautions were taken both intraoperatively and postoperatively to avoid reoccurrence of her deformity created by her prior surgeon.
