The patient is a 34-year-old woman who experienced significant deflation and droopiness of the breasts after she had two children. She underwent breast lift without significant removal of breast tissue or without placement of breast implants. The incision used was a circumvertical incision, otherwise known as a “lollipop” incision. The final incision is around the areola (pigmented skin surrounding the nipple) and a vertical extension below this. She is seen 3 months after surgery with shapelier, perky breasts.
