35-44 year old woman treated with Breast Lift

Patient presented for evaluation for breast lift. She was unhappy with the saggy appearance of her breasts and desired to restore her breasts to a more youthful shape. She had a history of previous augmentation. She had no children yet. She wore approximately a DD cup bra in most bra styles. The after pictures below are two months from breast lift.
