This is a 63 year old woman who wanted to improve the appearance of her lower lids and upper lids. She underwent a bilateral upper and lower lid blepharoplasty, with transconjunctival fat excision of the lower lids. She also underwent a bilateral upper lid ptosis repair to tighten the muscles that elevate the eyelids. She is seen here six weeks after her surgery.
