This gentleman works in a competitive field of business and felt that his lower lids were aging him. I performed a lower lid blepharoplasty on both lower lids by removing the excess lower lid skin in incisions hidden just below the lash line. The procedure improved the cosmetic appearance of his eyes and allowed the lower lids to better match the overall more youthful appearance of his face.
