    my patient had replaced her existing older porcelain crowns and bondings with a combination of porcelain crowns and veneers. in addition to those she underwent implant surgery and she is wearing a custom temporary until the implant is osseointegrated and ready to be restored. see if you can spot the temporary crowns.
