This is a 56 year old, 5 foot 4 inches & 120 pounds. She has 4 children with moderate stretching of her abdominal skin and muscles (diastasis recti) and involution of her breasts (loss of volume). She is seen here 4 months after her mommy makeover with an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and an augmentation mammoplasty (breast implants) at the same time.
