Patient, able to take a few weeks off for recovery, so I performed a "Y" modification of V-wedge to incorporate both labia and redundant clitoral hood. Patient exposes incision line in her 1-month "virtual" post-op visit form base, well-exposing incision line, which will both disappear in ~ 1 more month, and be "covered" by labia when fingers are released...
