This is a port wine stain treated with V BEAM vascular laser. This laser targets blood and blood vessel walls. Each treatment takes 30 seconds to perform, with the end point of bruising. Most patients require half a dozen treatments for good to excellent clearance, however this gentleman defied the odds- he only had 2 laser sessions spaced one month apart. Expect further clearance with the third laser.
