61 year old woman treated with revision rhinoplasty and chin augmentation

    I saw this 61 year old woman with a history of prior rhinoplasty as well as prior nasal fracture. She had asymmetry to her nasal bones, pinched nostrils, a bulbous tip with inadequate tip definition, nostril retraction, and a weak chin. I performed a revision rhinoplasty with cartilage grafting, as well as placement of a small chin implant to improve her profile.
