    Following her gastric bypass surgery and incredible 150 pound weight loss, this patient desired a brachioplasty to wave good-bye to the redundant skin on her arms and wave hello to this new healthier and happier chapter of her life. A total of 100 cc of fat and aspirate were removed from the left arm and 125 cc of fat and aspirate were removed from the right arm.
