    This 37 year old patient previously underwent an in office deflation that was performed by a plastic surgeon. She decided she wanted to proceed with a second breast augmentation but with smaller sized implants. She is currently 8 year 4 Months 1 Week and 4 Days post office implant deflation and 5 months post breast augmentation with a lift.
