This 56 year old female had undergone a bilateral breast reduction years earlier. She subsequently gained weight and developed recurrent breast hypertrophy and breast ptosis. She is seen here 1 month after undergoing mommy makeover surgery with me which consisted of a secondary breast reduction combined with an abdominoplasty and liposuction of the bra line and flanks.
