This 43 year old patient was interested in breast revision surgery to correct the asymmetric results from a breast augmentation performed 2 years earlier. She felt her right breast was larger than desired and we discussed available options which included explantation (removal) of both implants with re-augmentation (replacement) versus complete removal of implants combined with a mastopexy (breast lift) and auto augmentation alone. The patient ultimately opted to have both of her 325 cc saline implants removed.  To avoid sagging from volume loss, a breast lift was also performed.
