Moderately Tuberous Breasts, with nipple herniation. Treated with release of the tuberous contractures, nipple-areolar reduction and Submuscular split (half under, half over the muscle) implants - 350cc, textured, round, high profile, Mentor.
This is an early result, at just 2 months after surgery, the scars will settle down more over the next year or so. She will also have to commit to wearing a support bra 24/7 for life if she is to maintain this result for as long as possible. Otherwise time and gravity will do their worst.
