This lady had a very noticeable difference in breast sizes, so different sized implants were used on each side. Right had a 275cc and left received a 325cc (Mentor, Round, Textured, submuscular split (half over, half under) plane)
As well as the size difference, she has a shape and position difference with the right breast sitting lower and the nipple pointing a bit more outwards. The shape and position are not changed by putting in implants, so they are still present post-op, as is to be expected.
Breast implants make the breasts bigger, but they do not necessarily change the shape or position of the breasts.
And finally, note the more visible scarring, something that is common in darker skin. This should fade with time, but there is always the risk it will remain like this permanently, and with darker skin, there is an increased risk of keloid or hypertrophic scarring.
