Breast implant revision with large implants

This shows the difference between 390 cc subglandular ("over") saline implants and 800 cc submusculofascial ("under") silicone implants (the patient also had a breast lift). The "after" photos were taken 5 years later. Large implants age well if they are totally submuscular.
