17 or under year old man treated with Male Breast Reduction

This 14 year old boy struggled with severe gynecomastia (male breast tissue) with associated breast ptosis (droop) for approximately 3 years before he sought treatment by Dr. Benedetti. Although he was very active in baseball and other sports he was very self-conscious and tried not to remove his shirts in public. He would also wear compressive type shirts and double shirts at times to attempt to conceal the appearance of his gynecomastia. His before photos are shown and his one year postoperative photos are shown as well. His mother and family have accompanied closely through the entire process.
