    This is a y/o patient with a history of left DCIS who had previously undergone a left mastectomy. She opted for a delayed tissue expander based breast reconstruction which was eventually exchanged for a silicone implant. The patient finished her reconstruction process with a nipple reconstruction and nipple tattooing.
