Breast reconstruction

35 year old female who underwent bilateral mastectomies after being diagnosed with breast cancer in the left breast and BRCA gene positive. she underwent two stage breast reconstruction, first with tissue expanders and then silicone gel implants. She also underwent bilateral nipple reconstruction.
