55-year-old woman diagnosed with left breast cancer. She underwent left mastectomy and for reconstruction of the left breast, she underwent tissue expander followed by a 450 ml high profile silicone implant and fat grafting of the upper breast pole with 100 ml of pure fat. To help with symmetry, she had a mastopexy/reduction of the right breast and the patient also requested right nipple amputation, as she did not like it protruding through her clothing. Her final stage will include a left nipple tattoo.
