35-44 year old woman treated with African American Rhinoplasty

Mid 40's African-American female complaining of a bulbous and downward pointing nasal tip, flared nostrils and flat nasal bridge. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed an Open Rhinoplasty by first placing the SLUPimplant in the dorsum to slightly elevate her bridge, secondly, defatting her nasal tip and adding cartilage grafts for support and definition and lastly, narrowing the nostrils slightly. This patient also underwent Chin implant surgery in combination with her Rhinoplasty to create harmony and overall balance to her face.
