    This 35-year old female was interested in tummy tuck and breast augmentation surgery. After her pregnancy, the patient was dissatisfied with her post-baby body. We used 421cc & 457cc silicone gel implants to achieve better symmetry and preformed a standard abdominoplasty. With time and massage the breast implants will settle into the pocket and areolas will raise.
