    This gentleman underwent facial reconstruction for basal cell carcinoma of the nasal ala and cheek. He required cartilage grafts to restore his nasal contour and a bilobe flap to restore the soft tissue that he lost due to his cancer on his nose. He underwent flap reconstruction of his cheek.
