    This patient had a rhinoplasty elsewhere and was traumatized by the result. Postoperatively, you can see correction of the operated look, she looks natural and unoperated now. The inverted V deformity and the pollybeak especially were two concerns that were well-addressed, as well as the sharp and unattractive appearance of the nasal tip with bossae.
