This 34 year old female desired to gain more fullness and cleavage in her breasts. She did not like the loss of tissue that occurred post pregnancy. A breast lift to help raise the areola and add fullness followed by augmentation with silicone gel breast implants to fill the breasts out was recommended. She is currently 10 months 1 week 2 days post surgery and has bilateral 440cc high profile silicone gel breast implants made by Sientra.
