This patient had a complaint of heavy, tired eyes. She also had a complaint of a large nasal tip. She had undergone rhinoplasty in the past by another surgeon and was dissatisfied with the results. She underwent blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty. She now has a refreshed, rejuvenated appearance and a nose that is more appropriate for her face. Her cosmetic result is excellent.
