54-year-old female who desired facial rejuvenation with special attention to the bilateral upper eyelids and neck area. She had increasing laxity of the upper eyelids in recent years, and the excess skin was beginning to encroach upon her eyelashes. After discussing her options, we determined that she would benefit most significantly from a bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty and a facelift for correction of her upper lid bagginess as well as rejuvenation of the lower face including her jowls and neck.
