    58-year-old patient who underwent mastectomy for a T1 N0 right breast cancer. A year and a half later she underwent right breast reconstruction with a left muscle-sparing free TRAM flap. 6 months later she underwent right nipple areolar complex reconstruction and placement of a small 234 cc silicone implant in the left breast in the dual plane for symmetry. A year later she underwent lipofilling of the right breast with 70 g of fat and lipofilling of the left breast with 20 g of fat.
