    Before and 3 weeks after subglandular breast augmentation. She was concerned with dynamic implant motion with exercise and wanted a natural shape. We chose 400 cc classic base moderate projection Sientra tear drop shaped (gummy bear) silicone implants placed in the subglandular position.
