45-54 year old man treated with Revision Rhinoplasty

    This patient had multiple problems, with over-resected upper nasal bridge, twisted nose, deformed tip. His nose was corrected with the use of ear cartilage. He had been advised that rib would be necessary, but I did not feel that was the case.
