40 year old female patient

This 40 year old woman presented with prominent ears. The patient decided to undergo an otoplasty. This is a 2 hour outpatient procedure that reforms the "antihelix" of the ear or essentially reform the cartilege of the ear to look more normal and in the process, the ears are tacked more closely to the head. This now allows anyone including the patient to see their facial features instead of "ears first". Now check out the post op view. Notice how much more confident this patient is now.
