    68 yo with left breast cancer treated with mastectomy and immediate reconstruction with muscle sparing free microvascular TRAM flap. Left nipple areolar reconstruction and right breast lift (mastopexy) performed 1 year later. Note improved abdominal contour in photos taken 3 years later when patient is 71 years old.
