    After massive weight loss this patient was not happy with the changes it made to her face. She felt that she looked too thin and developed folds in her neck and droopiness in her cheeks. She went to Dr. Gouverne and developed an operative plan that included significant volume restoration with fat grafting, and a face lift that reestablish her facial aesthetics.
